Exchanges

You can cancel an order and/or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (or the disclosure document as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5711 – 1981, whichever is later), all subject to the conditions for canceling the deal detailed on the website.
Coordinating product pickup by a courier can be done by contacting the company’s customer service.
For the avoidance of doubt, in any case of a mistake in the order by the company, the replacement of the product will be done in the same way as the original order was provided (delivery pickup to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering).
